1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking through LusciousHairExtensions.com (“Site”), contacting us directly, or visiting our salon, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Services
Luscious Hair Extensions provides professional hair extension and styling services by appointment (online or offline) and also accepts walk-ins, subject to stylist availability.
3. Appointments & Payments
- Appointments may be scheduled online, offline (phone/email), or in person.
- Payments may be required at the time of booking.
- All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars.
4. Cancellations & Credits
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not be refunded, but the booking fee will be issued as a credit coupon toward a future appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
- Credit coupons are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used within 12 months from the cancellation date.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must be 18 years or older (or provide parental/guardian consent if under 18).
- Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect services.
- Luscious Hair Extensions is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
6. Service & Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or promotions without prior notice.
7. Liability Limitation
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the appointment/service. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, graphics, logos, designs) is the property of Luscious Hair Extensions and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by U.S. law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through arbitration or mediation before legal proceedings.
